WMOTA MINUTES
AUGUST 14, 2025
CALL TO ORDER: Don Kramer, VP called the meeting to order at 6.00 P.M. Jack is out of town.
WELCOME GUESTS: We have 4 new Members, and they were introduced.
MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Motion was made by Scott and seconded by Karen. All approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Maurice gave the treasurer’s report for Karen who was out of town.
We needed a new battery for the defibrillator cost 198.05, Spot monthly fee 13.00, and web site 6.88. Checking account $2,370.00, $50.00 cash on hand, Loan to AZAT $6,000.00. July balance $8,420.53. Karen made the motion to accept the treasurer’s report and Julie seconded it. All approved.
AZ ALPINE TRAIL UPDATE: Nate gave the report and explained where the trail will go.
LAST RIDED: Jane did the last ride and had to change some of the ride because 116 road was closed. Had lunch at the lookout tower
NEXT RIDE: The next ride will be Saturday, August 23rd. We will meet at Sheep Coral. We will be doing the Harris loop. Should be an easy ride. More to come Tuesday after the pre-ride, watch for the email.
NEW BUSINESS; no new business
50/50 RAFFLE: No raffle this meeting.
Karen made the motion to close the meeting at 6.40 p.m. and Nate seconded it. All approved.
