WMOTA June Ride
June 20

WMOTA June 20, 2026 Club Ride
The ride is scheduled for Saturday, June 20th, departing the staging location at 9 am. The ride will be led by Pam and Chuck Wood with up to 15 machines. If there are more than 15 machines, the ride will be divided into two equal groups. The second group, if necessary, will be led by Karen and Jerry Smith. If there are two groups, they will depart the staging location riding in opposite directions and meeting in the center for lunch. Volunteer(s) for a tail gunner will be requested at the staging location.
The trail is 60 miles in length and follows portions of the Arizona Alpine Trail. The trail is relatively easy with no difficult terrain. The weather should be warm, in the 80s to low 90s. It would be great if we could plan on overcast with some moisture and cooler temperatures, but I am not very optimistic. Be certain to bring plenty of water and plan to stay well hydrated during the ride. There will be frequent rest/water/snacks/potty stops for everyone’s comfort. Be sure to bring a lunch with a little extra just in case the ride leader forgets to bring a lunch. If you have questions, contact me at 928-242-3430 or cewoodretired@gmail.com.
